Mainly used to connect the engine and air filter, engine and radiator system, and automotive air conditioning systems. As a part of the intake system, it is close to the engine, necessitating high temperature resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and low temperature resistance.
Various materials are utilized according to the processing technology. For example, NBR nitrile rubber is widely used in vacuum brake tubes for its excellent oil resistance and high plastic content, while EPDM rubber is preferred for automotive water pipe series, such as radiator hoses and air conditioning tubes.
