Application: Designed for higher pressure air transfer services in construction and mining industries, suitable for extremely environment because of its abrasion resistant characteristic.
Construction: Built with a black NR&SBR synthetic rubber inner tube and reinforced with one braid of high tensile super flexible steel wire. The outer layer consists of black or yellow NR&SBR synthetic rubber for maximum durability.
Customization: The hose dimension, pressure and color can be customized based on requirements.

Established in 2003, our facility is an industry-recognized high-quality rubber hose manufacture and service company. We devote to the production, R&D, and sale of rubber compounds, rubber hoses, fluid connectors, and rubber-plastic seals. With a stable quality and good market reputation, we have been recognized among the top rubber hose enterprises for many consecutive years.
Our infrastructure includes 46 high-speed steel wire braiders, 12 steel wire spiral production lines, 8 industrial hose production lines, 200 CNC lathes, and 2 automatic rubber compound production lines. We produce 15,000 tons of rubber compounds and 20 million pieces of rubber seals annually, with hydraulic and industrial hose capacity reaching 30 million meters.
We hold various safety certificates including Mining Product Approval, MSHA, API Type Approval (API 16C and API 7K), ABS Type Approval, GOST, and Lloyd's Fire Test Certificates. Our quality systems comply with ISO14001:2015, ISO9001:2015, API Q1, and IATF 16949:2016. Our CNAS accredited Testing Center includes over 20 specialized laboratories for impulse, burst, fire, and salt spray testing.
