Technical Structure & Process
1. Mixed Grinding: Preparation of raw materials, chain extender, and additives into the dispersion cylinder for high-speed stirring and grinding to fineness less than 15μm.

2. Pumping & Stirring: Vacuum-assisted material transfer to reactor kettle. Automatic control of temperature (105ºC-110ºC) and vacuum stirring for 120 minutes.

3. Cooling & Catalyst: Circulating cold oil through the jacket to reduce temperature below 70ºC, followed by catalyst addition and room temperature cooling.

4. Detection & Feeding: Viscosity, total hydroxyl value, and NCO detection. After qualification, the material is discharged under nitrogen sealing to prevent pollution.
