This integrated processing line offers a comprehensive solution for rice production with the following features:

The bucket lifter primarily serves to move grain throughout the entire processing system. A magnetic device extracts any metallic contaminants from the raw material. Subsequently, the paddy is directed into an integrated cleaner and stone remover to eliminate oversized particles, lightweight debris, and gravel.

Afterward, the grain enters the husking unit to detach the outer husk. Husks are separated from the grain mixture via airflow suction. A paddy separation sieve is utilized to divide unhusked grains from brown rice. A rice refining machine is employed to polish the brown rice and remove the bran layer. The husked rice then proceeds to the whitening machine for additional refinement.

Following sorting, the processed rice is categorized into two types: intact grains and fragmented grains, both of which are then bagged.
