High Stability ERW Line for Manufacturing Ap1 Certified Oil and Gas Transmission Pipes

ERW welded pipe production line flattens the steel after slitting, then enters the forming machine, bends the steel into open pipe by roller, melts the edge of steel strip by using the proximity effect and skin effect of high-frequency current, and extrudes it into closed pipe by squeezing roller and solid state high frequency welder. The straight seam welded pipe production line, also known as ERW mill, is designed to roll steel strips continuously to produce circular, square, and rectangular tubes such as scaffolding pipes, bicycle tubes, fitness equipment pipes, and high-precision automobile tubes.
