HDPE PE PPR PP PIPE EXTRUSION LINE

PPR pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying, etc. purposes. The unit consists of single extruder machine, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless/non-dust cutter) cutting machine, stacker and so on. The line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer ink-jet printer to achieve high-grade tubing production.

1. Single Screw Extruder

Cylinder and screw material: 38CrMoAlA with nitriding depth ≥ 0.6mm for superior wear resistance. Features asymmetric slotted barrel design and high-torque gearbox with OMRON temperature control and Siemens/ABB electrical components.

2. Extrusion Die Head

Applies spiral structure with mirror polishing to ensure smooth material flow. Provides stable pressure (19-20Mpa) for high-quality single or multi-layer pipe production.

3. Vacuum Tank

Used for precise pipe shaping and cooling. Double-chamber structure ensures strong initial cooling and vacuum function for better forming results.

4. Haul-off Unit & Cutter

Provides stable traction force. Custom traction speeds and number of claws avoid pipe deformation. The PLC-controlled cutter ensures precise length settings with smooth cutting faces.
